This is one of the classics.  White sauce on any pasta has always been my favorite.  And this is one quick dish that you can whip up in less than 20mins.




1 250ml Nestle All-Purpose cream

1 stick of butter

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 strips of bacon, chopped into bits

Salt & pepper to taste

Penne or Fettucine



Cook pasta according to package directions or until al dente. On another pan, heat the cream under low heat until slightly reduced.  Add butter gradually, about 1 tbsp at a time.  Continue stirring until all butter are melted and sauce is smooth.  Add Parmesan cheese.  Season with a dash of salt & pepper to taste.  Add bacon and pasta.

Serve with toasted bread.
