Soy Spanish Tuna Fillet

I’ve been a fan of San Marino corned tuna ever since it came out.  There’s something different on how it taste which I liked.  And when I tried their Spanish style Tuna Fillet, I absolutely loved it.  But I want to make something else out of it, something simple.  And here goes my 5 minute quickfire dish.

Soy Spanish Tuna Fillet

1 can San Marino Tuna Fillet, spanish style

1 egg

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp cooking oil

Heat oil and lightly scramble eggs in the pan.  Stir in contents of San Marino Tuna Fillet Spanish-style, add soy sauce & sugar.  Stir and let it simmer for 2 more minutes.  Add a little more sugar if desired.  Serve with rice.
