Catsup Sauteed Hotdogs

06Feb12

Hotdogs has always been everyone’s favorite breakfast.  Normally, we dip it in catsup for more flavor.  Why not make it a single dish instead?  That is exactly what my Mom has been doing every so often and I thought of making my own version.

Catsup Sauteed Hotdogs

Ingredients:

10 to 12 pcs of cocktail hotdogs

2 tbsp oil

1 onion, cut into rings

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup catsup

1 tsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sugar

salt & pepper

Directions:

Heat oil in a pan and saute onions until translucent.  Add hotdogs and cook until done.  Lower heat.  Pour in water, catsup and oyster sauce.  Add salt & pepper and sugar according to taste.  Serve with rice.
